    Processing Time

    All Order will be proceeded in the next working day. Please allow an extra day for any orders made on a Sunday or any UK Bank Holiday.

    UK Delivery:

    We offer FREE shipping on all orders to anywhere in the UK. All orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail 24hr which will take approx. 2 working days.

    We also offer Express Delivery (1-2 working days) for extra cost of £3/- to anywhere in the UK.

    Europe Delivery:

    For Shipment to Europe, we offer standard delivery (2-11 working days) at £7 per order, and Express delivery (2-7 working days) at £7.00 and the package will be sent via DPD courier or Royal Mail International Tracked shipment.

    Rest of the World:

    All international orders will be posted via Royal Mail and a Tracking code will be sent via email. Delivery timescales will vary depending on the destination of the order.

    We Offer standard delivery (3-17 working days) at £9.50 per order, and Express delivery (2-11 working days) at  £15.00 and the package will be sent via DPD courier or Royal Mail International Tracked shipment.

    Note: Please allow an extra working day for any deliveries made over the UK bank holidays or Sunday as the postal services may not be open. For any reason, Delivery times can vary but should not take longer than 3 weeks for Europe and International orders. Please contact us by email ask@bagaethnikliving.com if you have not received your parcel by this day.

    Customs payment & Brexit

    Please note that buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs which may be necessary to release an order from international customs.

    Following the UK leaving the EU on 1st January 2021 (BREXIT), there have been some changes to customs and duty charges for EU customers. Tax and import duty varies from country to country so we recommend you check first with your local tax office to see if any fees will be payable.  

    Refund/Return Policy

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    European Union 14 day cooling off period

    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at rena.erica@yahoo.com.
